Overview
Welcome to ZenGRC!
If you have not yet accessed your organization's ZenGRC instance, this documents the process.
NOTE
This applies to the standalone login-type only. If you are using Google Authentication or a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider, your initial login will use those credentials.
Logging In
To log in to your ZenGRC instance, complete the following steps:
Open your instance.
TIP
The ZenGRC instance URL looks similar to this: https://[yourdomain].api.zengrc.com.
Click Sign in.
Click Sign in with email.
Click Reset it.
Enter your email address and click Set a new password.
On the newly displayed page, click Return to login.
- When you receive an email at the address you provided with instructions to create a new password, click Sign in with email.
- Enter your email and password and click Sign in.
