Favorites (Archived)

Benefits

The ability to create favorite views in ZenGRC eliminates the process of resetting personal views on every page visit. Just like browser bookmarks, creating a favorite saves your configured views to be used for later selection.

TIP

Favorites can only be found on pages where information is displayed in rows on a page in a standard list view. From the left-hand navigation, this includes Programs, Issues, and Vendors as well as all the links under System of Record.

Overview

Module home pages that allow favorites to be saved display a star icon next to the help icon. They are user specific, which means your favorites aren't visible to anyone else. The following are the elements that can be saved:

  • Column selections.
  • Rows per page setting.
  • Column sorting.
  • Column filters.

Once a favorite is created, the Favorites link displays in the left-hand navigation. When clicked, your saved links are shown.
