ZenGRC can be integrated with Jira Software, which is a general ticketing application used to track assignments across a variety of disciplines.

This integration addresses your team's personal work preferences as follows:

  • The development team members no longer need to learn ZenGRC to complete compliance to-do items. If they are already familiar with Jira, they can continue to work with the tool they know.
  • The compliance team members who prefer working in Jira can complete their work and receive notifications in Jira. 
  • The audit manager oversees the audit processes, such as evidence collection and reporting, from within ZenGRC.

Overview


Connecting ZenGRC to your organization's Jira Software is done easily within the ZenGRC application and allows your team to do the following:

  • Create corresponding Jira tickets automatically for audit requests in ZenGRC.
  • Access and edit Jira audit requests directly in ZenGRC.
  • Incorporate and sync audit requests from both applications in ZenGRC reporting.
