Benefits

One of the biggest benefits in managing audits within ZenGRC is the ease in creating, managing, and responding to audit requests for information. The application then stores a trail of all responses and evidence attachments for effortless access and viewing.

IMPORTANT

It is critical that your organization has already set up your compliance program framework in ZenGRC and has set it up in the Program Onboarding wizard prior to conducting an audit. This allows you to select controls in an audit that are important to your organization and then gather evidence to verify their effectiveness. Overview

There are five steps to create an audit in ZenGRC.

TIP

After the first step, the audit is saved in draft form and the remaining steps can be completed at any time, in any order.
