Overview
Welcome to ZenGRC!
If you have not yet accessed your organization's ZenGRC instance, this documents the process.
NOTE
This applies to the standalone login-type only. If you are using Google Authentication or a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider, your initial login will use those credentials.
Password requirements
At least 12 characters long.
Contains at least one number.
Contains at least one lower case letter.
Contains at least one upper case letter.
Contains at least one number.
Contains at least one special character.*
Logging In
To log in to your ZenGRC instance, complete the following steps:
Open your instance.
TIP
The ZenGRC instance URL looks similar to this: https://[yourdomain].zengrc.com.
Click Sign in.
Click Sign in with email.
Click Set new password.
Enter your email address and click Set a new password. This sends an email to your inbox.
- Open the email and click reset password to open ZenGRC. Password requirements include the following:
- At least 12 characters long.
- Contains at least one number.
- Contains at least one lowercase letter.
- Contains at least one uppercase letter.
- Contains at least one number.
- Contains at least one special character.
Enter a password and click Change Password.
This then signs you into the ZenGRC application.
