Getting Started with the ServiceNow Connector

Overview

ZenGRC provides all of the information needed to set up the integration between your ZenGRC instance and ServiceNow. The steps with links to specific instructions are listed here.

Getting Started

To start your journey of utilizing ServiceNow with ZenGRC, please consider the following:

1. Review network access requirements, authentication and permissions provided in ServiceNow Technical Requirements.
2. Follow instructions in Installing the ZenGRC Application in ServiceNow.
3. Connect the two applications with the Configuring ZenGRC with ServiceNow documentation.
4. Create your first audit by following Creating a ServiceNow-Managed Audit.

5. Learn to manage ServiceNow audits with Managing ServiceNow Audits and Requests.
