ZenComply Audit User Guide
As mentioned in Using ZenComply, an Audit is a key data container to curate information within ZenComply, acting as targeted projects for assessing an organization.
An Audit includes assessments that are derived from the scoped controls during Program Setup. Within the Audit, there are also assigned Control Assessors who are responsible for those scoped controls.
The purpose of the Audit is to provide, gather, and analyze supporting proof that the controls scoped for an Audit Program are effective.Β
More information on this is provided in Audit Status.
Who will use Audit?
Here are the following types of User Roles that will interact within the Audit function in ZenComply:
Program Manager

Audit Workflow
The Audit Workflow is reflected by status and is dependent on the assigned activities of the users within the audit. The status stages include:

See ZenComply Overview for more on the Audit Workflow.
