Program Setup Guide
There are many scenarios that may have lead you to partner with ZenComply.
Do you have an upcoming internal or external governance audit? Does the business have an interest in satisfying compliance with industry best practices? Or, possibly, there is an expectation to meet regulatory compliance?
In ZenComply, Program Setup is where you start and will help anchor all your current and future GRC efforts.
After logging in, you will land on Program Setup: the foundational step in your ZenComply journey.
Programs define the framework requirement(s) your organization must comply with and also supports you in identifying specific team members that will help you ensure compliance with those requirements.
How do I complete Program Setup?
There are five stages that you will complete in program setup:
1. Select framework
2. Scope requirements
3. Set up audit
4. Assign control assessors
5. Review and Launch

To successfully complete the program setup, you will need the following:

Organizational Administrator
Program Manager
