Managing the Risk Heatmap

Overview

The Risk Heatmap provides a graphical display of the risks impacting your organization. It it fully customizable and can be filtered to display any type of risk.

Creating a Risk

To create a new risk from the Risk Heatmap home page, complete the following steps:

1. Click New in the top left of the navigation.
   
   
   
   
2. Scroll down to select Risk.
3. The New Risk page displays.

Filtering the Heatmap View

The risk heatmap can be filtered to show risks associated with an individual selection. Once filtered, each cube in the grid then displays the number of risks associated with the risk value the cube represents.

To filter the heatmap, complete the following steps:

1. In the Type dropdown box, select an option.
   
   
   
   

2. To further refine the results, select an object in the Object dropdown. The page displays with the number of risks populating each cube.
   
   
   
   

   NOTE

   To the right of the grid, the highest-rated risks are displayed as links for easy access.
