If you have not yet accessed your organization's ZenGRC instance, this documents the process.

This applies to the standalone login-type only. If you are using Google Authentication or a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider, your initial login will use those credentials. |
Logging In
To log in to your ZenGRC instance, complete the following steps:
Open your instance (If you don't have it yet, ask your manager to provision it).
Tip title TIP The ZenGRC instance URL looks similar to this: https://[yourdomain].api.zengrc.com.
Click Sign in.
Click Sign in with email.
Click Reset itClick Set new password.
Enter your email address and click click Set a new password. This sends an email to your inbox.On the newly displayed page, click Return to login.
When you receive an email at the address you provided with instructions to create a new password, click Sign in with email.
Enter your email and password and click Sign in.- Open the email and click reset password to open ZenGRC. Password requirements include the following:
- At least 12 characters long.
- Contains at least one number.
- Contains at least one lowercase letter.
- Contains at least one uppercase letter.
- Contains at least one number.
- Contains at least one special character.
Enter a password and click Change Password.
This then signs you into the ZenGRC application.
