The Risk Heatmap provides a graphical display of the risks impacting your organization. It it fully customizable and can be filtered to display any type of risk.

  1. Click New in the top left of the navigation.



  2. Scroll down to select Risk.
  3. The New Risk page displays.

Finding Risks by Name

To find a risk by name, complete the following steps:

  1. Click System of Record | Risks under the Risks/Threats heading. The Risks home page displays.

Finding Risks by Risk Category

To find a risk, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Risk Heatmap home page, find the risk category on the grid.

    In the screenshot below, the mouse is hovering over the category that ranks Moderate for the Impact and Low for the Likelihood.

  2. Click the category. The page refreshes with linked risks in that category displaying in the right-hand column.

  3. Click a risk to open the Details page.

Filtering the Heatmap View

  1. In the Type dropdown box, select an option.



  2. To further refine the results, select an object in the Object dropdown. The page displays with the number of risks populating each cube.

  3. To view the risks associated with any cube in the quadrant, click the cube.
