Overview
If you ever need assistance with ZenGRC, there are two ways to request help that can be accessed directly from the application.
Information Icon
The majority of ZenGRC pages now feature an information icon where updated help information is located. At any point, users can click the icon located in the top right of the page for documentation specific to the page.
Support Link
If documentation does not assist with your issue, a link for support is located in the left-hand navigation.
To request help, complete the following steps:
- Click Support in the lower left-hand navigation.
- In the dialog box, your name and email address will auto-populate from your ZenGRC login information.
Add detailed information in the How can we help you? text box.
TIP
Information that is helpful for us to have includes the following: what module you're using (audits, issues, to-do list), what links you're clicking, and any error messages you've received. (???Can this be expanded upon or is this tip not necessary at all?)
- Upload screenshots or other documentation in Attachments.
- Click Send.
- Alternatively, click Cancel to close the dialog box without sending information.
