ZenComply Program Manager Role

The Program Manager manages a GRC program by:

  • determining the framework content (like PCI, SOC2)

  • deciding the users' roles & team within the program

  • managing the various projects and activities performed within the program.

Program Managers are typically the main champion and architect for an organization’s GRC program with the most access to add, modify, and remove something from the program. Program Managers also are the only users who have access to dashboards within a Program.

What are the Program Manager's access and permissions?

  • When an organization gets first provisioned access to ZenComply, the first user inherits the Program Manager role as well as the object administrator role.

  • Additional Program Managers are granted access to ZenComply during Program Setup: Step 3. Set up audit

  • Program Managers can manage access to a program and all the underlying records

  • A Program Manager has permissions to all of the underlying records within a Program as they are granted the highest access to a Program
