Organizational Administrator

The Organizational Administrator manages an organizations' user list within ZenComply: creates users, manages user permissions, and deletes users.

PERMISSIONS:

Program Manager

Manages a GRC program by determining which framework content to be scoped and also determining what role each user plays. Compliance Program Manager manages the various projects and activities performed within that Program.

PERMISSIONS:

Control Assessor

Responsible for assessing specific controls within the scope of an Audit. Control Assessors manage the Audit processes Evidence Requests and Control Assessments.

PERMISSIONS:

Evidence Provider

Evidence Providers respond to the Evidence Requests they are assigned, by providing evidence (like file attachments, comments) that an organisation's controls are in place and operating effectively.
