What is the Audit Overview?

Each active Audit program can be found within the drop-down menu from the left-hand navigation in ZenComply.

When the Audit program is chosen, you are taken to an Audit Overview landing page.

The Audit Overview page displays relevant Audit metrics providing you visibility around the status of Evidence Requests.

What metrics are available in Audit Overview?

The following metrics are displayed for each Audit Program on the Audit Overview page. These include:

Evidence Requests that satisfy multiple controls

The number of Evidence Requests that are related to multiple controls over the total number of Evidence requests (expressed as a percentage)

Evidence Requests awaiting assignment

The number of Evidence Request records that do not have an assigned Evidence Provider associated with each Evidence Request record (expressed as current count over total count)

Evidence Requests submitted

The number of Evidence Requests that are not in Draft or In progress workflow status for Evidence Requests

What else is on the Audit Overview page?

Additional information available to you on the Audit Overview page include:

The current Audit Status along with additional insight prompting the expected next step within the blue box in the middle of the page.

The information available on Audit Overview page that does not represent a reportable metric:

What am I Viewing?

The main landing page for the Audit program is the Audit Overview page

Here you will see all the related metrics for the Audit that are also going to be displayed within the Audit Dashboard

Additional information regarding the Audit program is also on the page (i.e. details, settings), however, is not tied to the Metrics for reporting purposes
