Benefits
The Program Onboarding Wizard simplifies the initial creation of a compliance program for your organization. Upon completion, it also means that you and your team:
- Understand what action the compliance framework requires for your organization.
Have established which requirements are relevant to your needs.
- Can catalog the controls your organization has in place to satisfy the framework's requirements.
NOTE
After completing the steps in this tutorial, you will be ready to create and run an audit.
Overview
Once you determine which programs meet your organization's compliance needs, a GRC expert uploads them into ZenGNC. The upload also includes objectives that may correspond to those programs. The Program Onboarding Wizard allows you to review those objectives and select the ones applicable to your organization's newly uploaded programs. After objectives are reviewed and scoped to the programs, it's then time to decide upon controls that will support compliance of the objectives. NOTE
There are three steps shown for each program. When a button is active and the box is outlined in gray, it indicates there is action to take within that step. An orange outline indicates work is not yet complete. A green checkmark indicates that the step is complete.
