Accessing ZenGRC Instance

Please follow the steps below to access your ZenGRC instance for the first time (Note: this method applies to the Standalone login-type only. If you are using Google Authentication or a Single Sign On (SSO) provider, your initial login will use those credentials).

1. Visit your ZenGRC instance URL (i.e. , companyname.zengrc.com)
   
   
2. Click "Login"
   
   
   
3. Click "Reset Password" on the bottom
   
   
   
4. Enter in your email address and click "Reset Password"
   
   
   
5. You will now receive an email with further instruction to create a new password.
   
   
6. Once completed, you can now officially log in to your ZenGRC instance!
