Overview

If you ever need assistance with ZenGRC, there are

a couple of ways to

access help

directly from the application.

Information Icon

The majority of ZenGRC pages

feature an information icon where updated help information is located. At any point, users can click the icon located in the top right of the page for documentation specific to the page.

Another link directed to the root level of the user guide is located directly below your name in the lower, left-hand corner.

1. Click Help | Knowledge Base.

Support Link

If documentation does not assist with your issue, a link for support is located in the left-hand navigation.

To request help from the Reciprocity support desk, complete the following steps:

1. Click Help | Support

1.  in the lower left-hand navigation.

1. In the dialog box, your name and email address will auto-populate from your ZenGRC login information.

1. Add detailed information in the How can we help you? text box.
2. Upload screenshots or other documentation in Attachments.
3. Click Send.
4. Alternatively, click Cancel to close the dialog box without

1. sending information.
