Overview

Welcome to ZenGRC!

If you have not yet accessed your organization's ZenGRC instance, this documents the process.

Logging In

To log in to your ZenGRC instance, complete the following steps:

1. Open your instance (If you don't have it yet, ask your manager to provision it).

   The ZenGRC instance URL looks similar to this: https://[yourdomain].zengrc.com.

   
   

2. Click Sign in.

3. Click Sign in with email.

4. Click Set new password.
   
   
   
   

5. Enter your email address and click click Set a new password.

   When you receive

   This sends an email

   at the address you provided,

   to your inbox.

6. Open the email and click reset password to open ZenGRC. Password requirements include the following:
   Enter your email and
   • • At least 12 characters long.
     • Contains at least one number.
     • Contains at least one lowercase letter.
     • Contains at least one uppercase letter.
     • Contains at least one number.
     • Contains at least one special character.

   • Enter a password and click Change Password.

   • This

     logs you in and opens the

     then signs you into the ZenGRC application.
