Welcome to ZenGRC!
If you have not yet accessed your organization's ZenGRC instance, this documents the process.

This applies to the standalone login-type only. If you are using Google Authentication or a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider, your initial login will use those credentials. |
Logging In
To log in to your ZenGRC instance, complete the following steps:
Open your instance (If you don't have it yet, ask your manager to provision it).

Click Sign in.
Click Login Sign in with email.Image Removed
Tip title TIP Leave the Email and Password text boxes blank, and do not select the Keep me signed in check box.
Click Reset password.
On the new page, enter your email address and click Reset password.- You will receive an email at the address you provided with instructions to create a new password.
- Once you complete the instructions, you can officially log in to your ZenGRC instance.
Click Set new password.
Image Added Enter your email address and click Set a new password. This sends an email to your inbox.
- Open the email and click reset password to open ZenGRC. Password requirements include the following:
- At least 12 characters long.
- Contains at least one number.
- Contains at least one lowercase letter.
- Contains at least one uppercase letter.
- Contains at least one number.
- Contains at least one special character.
Enter a password and click Change Password.
This then signs you into the ZenGRC application.
