Overview


If you ever need assistance with ZenGRC, there are a couple of ways to access help directly from the application.

Information Icon


The majority of ZenGRC pages now feature an information icon where updated help information is located. At any point, users can click the icon located in the top right of the page for documentation specific to the page.

Link to ZenGRC User Guide


Another link directed to the top root level of the user guide is located directly below your name in the lower, left-hand corner.

  1. Click the dropdown arrow to the right of your name to expose the link.

    Click Knowledge Help | Knowledge Base.

If documentation does not assist with your issue, a link for support is located in the left-hand navigation.

To request help from the Reciprocity support desk, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Help | Support in  in the lower left-hand navigation.Image Removed
  2. In the dialog box, your name and email address will auto-populate from your ZenGRC login information.

    Add detailed information in the How can we help you? text box.
  3. Upload screenshots or other documentation in Attachments.
  4. Click Send.
  5. Alternatively, click Cancel to close the dialog box without sending sending information.
