Requirements

Setting the Connection
After accessing the ServiceNow connector in your instance by following Introduction to ZenConnect, complete these steps to set up the connection:
- Click ServiceNow Beta | Connect.
- Add the link to your ServiceNow instance in the ServiceNow instance URL.
- Click Next.
- Select Username and password or OAuth2. This selection determines the next documentation section.
Using Username and Password
- If you haven't already done so, create a service-level API user account in ServiceNow with the minimum required permissions specified in ServiceNow Connector - Beta
- Enter the username and password for the ServiceNow service-level API user account into the respective text boxes.
- Click Connect.
