If you have not yet accessed your organization's ZenGRC instance, this documents the process.

This applies to the standalone login-type only. If you are using Google Authentication or a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider, your initial login will use those credentials. |
Logging In
To log in to your ZenGRC instance, complete the following steps:
Open your instance.
Tip title TIP The ZenGRC instance URL looks similar to this: https://your-unique-name.zengrc.com.
Click Login.
Tip title TIP Leave the Email and Password text boxes blank, and do not select the Keep me signed in check box.
Click Reset password.
- On the new page, enter your email address and click Reset password.
- You will receive an email at the address you provided with instructions to create a new password.
- Once you complete the instructions, you can officially log in to your ZenGRC instance.
