  1. Click System of Record | Risks under the Risks heading. 

     

  2. The Risks home  Home page displays.



  3. Click a linked risk to open the Risk Details page.

Finding Risks by Risk Category

  1. On the Risk Heatmap home page, find the risk category on the grid.

    Tip
    titleTIP

    In the screenshot below, the mouse is hovering over the category that ranks Moderate for the Impact and Low for the Likelihood.




  2. Click the category. The page refreshes with linked risks in that category displaying in the right-hand column.



  3. Click a risk to open the Risk Infopagethe Risk Details page.

Filtering the Heatmap View

  1. In the Type dropdown box, select an option.



  2. To further refine the results, select an object in the Object dropdown. The page displays with the number of risks populating each cube.



    Tip
    titleTIP

    The highest-rated risk cube for the filter selections is highlighted with its risks displayed to the right as links for easy access.


  3. To view the risks associated with any cube in the quadrant, click the cube.



  4. The page refreshes with the selected cube highlighted and its risks displayed to the right.



  5. Click a risk to open the Risk Info Details page.
