1. Open your instance.

2. Click Login.
   
   
   
   

   
   

3. Click Reset Password.

   Leave the Email and Password text boxes blank, and do not select the Keep me signed in check box.

   
   

     
   
   
   
4. Enter your email address and click Reset password.
   
   
    
5. You will receive an email at the address you prowith provided with instructions to create a new password.
6. Once you complete the instructions, you can officially log in to your ZenGRC instance.
