Finding Risks by Risk Category

To find a riskrisks according to the risk category in which they fall, complete the following steps:

The risk heatmap can be filtered to show risks associated with an individual selection. Once filtered, each Each cube in the grid then displays the number of risks associated with the risk value the cube represents.

  1. In the Type dropdown box, select an option.



  2. To further refine the results, select an object in the Object dropdown. The page displays with the number of risks populating each cube.

    The highest-rated risk cube for the filter selections is highlighted with its risks displayed to the right as links for easy access.


  3. To view the risks associated with any cube in the quadrant, click the cube.



  4. The page refreshes with the selected cube highlighted and its risks displayed to the right.



  5. Click the a risk to open the Risk Info page.

  2. The Risk Info page displays.

    This Risk Info page differs slightly from the Details page, which is accessed from clicking a risk on System of Record | Risks. They display the same information, but in a different format with different editing options.   3. Hover over the three elipsis and select from one of the following:
    1. Edit risk - Opens the risk in an editable page.
    2. Create task - Opens a new task page.
    3. Get permalink - Copies the risk URL.
    4. Delete - Deletes the risk.
